Removed Expand Ball and Shrink Ball as they didn't really have any effect on the gameplay.
Time-based powerups are now shown in the sidebar when active.
You can now only fire once every half second with the Lasers powerup.
The ball now has a trail of fire when the Power Ball powerup is active.
The Slow Ball powerup now makes the ball accelerate faster until it reaches its previous speed.
The paddle now has visible laser guns when the Lasers powerup is active.
Some powerups are now more rare than others.

Added a jukebox section where you can listen to the various tracks.
Added sound effects.
Added settings to adjust the volume of the music and sound effects.

The size of the game is now less than a third, thanks to IMA-ADPCM encoding of the music. I would like to use an ogg file instead of a wav file, but that currently crashes both the game and the editor, which I suspect is due to a bug in Godot Engine.

The game now captures the mouse pointer. No more losing control of the paddle or accidentally clicking outside the window.
